  1. Usage: rtctime [-h] [[[hours] minutes] seconds]
  2. If no arguments are given, the date and time are read from the real time
  3. clock and printed.  If a time is given, it is used to set the real time
  4. clock.  Either seconds, or minutes and seconds, or hours, minutes, and
  5. seconds may be given.  Time components not given are not changed.
